The app is no longer sending me notifications. If I manually open the app, I can see all of my triggers showing spots. I have alerts enabled both in the app and my phone. I have restarted the phone, logged out and back in, and also reinstalled the app. Was working fine up until a few days ago.

Yes, same here on Motorola Edge 20 with Android 13. Have triggers collected and showing up in HamAlert app, but no audible notifications for a day or two.
Update:
Now fixed. Go to App → Settings , set Sound options to Default, trigger Push option off and then on again. Then to be sure, I closed App in phone memory and started it again. It became using default sound for my ham alerts. Next I set Sound to option I had before (morse code), and I now works - new notifications alarm with Morse sound.
