A friend has a privacy concern I know it’s unusual but can a feature be allowed for a ham to have his call excluded from alert?

I’m not sure what this would achieve, as amateur radio spots, and indeed any band activity, are public.
You would have to be listening on the radio to hear his transmission not just on a computer.
HamAlert does not monitor any radio spectrum itself. It gets its spots from public sources, like the DX cluster, RBN or PSK Reporter. Anyone can go to dxwatch.com, reversebeacon.net or pskreporter.info and search for a callsign.
