I'm new to Hamalert and found my call sign has already been used

So I changed my call sign last May to a vanity call W0MS. When I tried to open my new account I got the response that W0MS has already been taken. Can that be changed so I can use my current call sign?

I have sent a message to the HamAlert user who is currently using that username, asking them to change it.
