You bet. However there is no “List.” Simply Trigger entries one chooses.
I have quite a number of DX, Special Event, and friends included in my collection.
One may narrow the number of alerts (for a given ICS), if one wishes, by such things as Spotter area/zone/call sign prefix, etc. Having an alert from anyone anywhere may be fun, or have one use, however it can be tiring and also does not advise it is being heard in your region.
