Is it possible for me to have two ham alert accounts under the same email but different call signs? Of Two call signs under one account?

You can have multiple accounts as long as they use different email addresses and usernames/callsigns. Most email providers will let you use the + sign to create sub-addresses without needing to create an actual separate mailbox.
