I have an alert for KP5 and they show up on my iphone but no “morse” sound as well. What may I be missing?
I would be glad to make a small donation for the app 
to support features.
Unfortunately I could never reproduce the “no sound” issues reported by some users here, and am thus not in a position to fix them. However, I have a task pending to upgrade the HamAlert app’s foundation, which is currently Apache Cordova, to the more modern Capacitor. Perhaps that will resolve some of the issues
