Does anyone have any tips for getting my app to trigger SSB alerts? It seems to only trigger CW alerts, even if I select SSB as well. Thanks!
Are you sure that the stations that you were expecting to get an alert for have actually been spotted somewhere (DX cluster, SOTAwatch, POTA, WWFF) in SSB? As CW can be decoded automatically by the RBN, it’s enough for a station to call CQ somewhere in order for an alert to be triggered immediately. But for SSB, an actual human being must create a spot in one of the mentioned sources 
no receiving any alerts…cw/ssb
I’m far from an expert on this but I think HB9DQM is correct. Make sure you’re using “Cluster” as a source.
Thanks so much! I’ve attempted to navigate hamalert.org to see how I can “connect” to the Cluster source. I’m having difficulty figuring that out. Any ideas? Very grateful for your time and trouble.
