Push Registration Failed Error

Installing app on Android phone and when opening the app I get an error message “Push Registration Failed” with the following text: “Make sure that this app has permission to use push notifications. Error: java.util.concurrent.Executions java.io.IOException: MISSING_INSTANCEID_SERVI (the rest is unreadable off the screen).”

App will not let me enable “Push” in the Setting menu as it deselects every time when exiting the menu. I have setup Triggers and they do show in the App, but notifications do not work.

Are you by chance using a phone without Google Play Services installed? Those are needed for push notifications to work.

Yes, the phone doesn’t have Play Services installed…that explains the issue. Thank you very much for the response and the app. 73…Mike
