RBN skimmer calls

Whenever there is a contest (especially RTTY), some bogus/bad RBN skimmer spots are coming through having no way to filter these out easily.
One thing that has been implemented on top of RBN skimmer spots, is either a “master.dta” filter, or waiting with spots until more skimmers post the same call on the same frequency - the CT1BOH method.
Also VE7CC cluster uses something like this.

Any opinions?

Hello Dani,

Thanks for the report. HamAlert already uses a “quorum” system for PSK Reporter spots, where a spot is only processed if two other spotters have reported the same callsign on the same frequency. Maybe I should consider using the same logic for RBN as well (at least for some modes).
