This is to warn you that KM5N is being used by a pirate station. It should not be used in contests or for any other reason. The owner of this callsign has been a personal friend for over 30 years and I am helping him rebuild his station and it is NOT in a state to be used as everything is NOT functional. This pirate has been using this call for many months. The FCC have been notified several times but apparently have not found the criminal using this stolen call.
