I am wondering why I get emails telling me that I had not used my account in more than a year, every day I have the app up on my phone or on my computer, the only time I need to log in is to setup new call signs to follow. Am I required to check into the HamAlert site every week? Curious. de VE3UWA
No – logging in on hamalert.org or opening the app at least once every 6 months is enough. Could it be that you have a second account (under another email address) that you don’t use anymore, and that the reminder email was for?
