QRZ.com page not being updated

I’ve had the HamAlert banner displaying on my QRZ.com page for a long time. A few days ago, it stopped updating whenever I called CQ in FT8 and got spotted. I haven’t changed anything as far as software so I’m not sure why it stopped.

It is showing up when I call CQ using CQ.

Is there something that I can look for, maybe in WSJT-X, to troubleshoot the problem?

• The RBN is now also reporting millions of FT4/FT8 spots per day. Therefore, the existing filtering for FT4/FT8 spots between 80-10m for the 30 least wanted DXCCs has been extended to spots reported by the RBN.

Thank you. That would make sense. It just seemed like one day it was reporting and the next it wasn’t, which made me think that I had broken some setting somewhere.

FT4/FT8 spots are now processed from all DXCCs again

Due to optimizations on the HamAlert backend (based on a proposal by @KD0BTO, see FT8/FT4 spots & backend scalability), the CPU load of spot processing has been reduced significantly, and therefore the filtering of FT4/FT8 spots from the least wanted DXCCs has been tentatively disabled. All spots from RBN and PSK Reporter are now processed again at the moment, while the situation is being reassessed.
